Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with unstable angina pectoris and elective coronary revascularization PCI were selected from the Department of Cardiology of our hospital, and unstable angina included initial angina, worsening exertional angina, and resting angina with or without ECG ischemic changes.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.First admission with positive troponin; 2.Thrombocytopenia (PLT<50×10^9/L) or decreased hemoglobin (Hb<10g/dL); 3.Recent history of bleeding; 4.Liver and kidney dysfunction, peptic ulcers, hematological diseases, malignant tumors.
