Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with critical illness, such as hemodynamic instability, organ failure, and requiring mechanical ventilation; 2.Patients with pulmonary infections requiring the use of meropenem; 3.Patients requiring empirical or targeted therapy; 4. Patients requiring continuous use of meropenem for more than 2 days, reaching at least one steady-state blood drug concentration; 5. Patients with infections caused by gram-negative bacilli.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnant women, breastfeeding women; 2.Allergic to carbapenems; 3.Simultaneous use of sodium valproate; 4.Gram-positive bacteria, viruses, fungal infections.
