Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Clinical manifestations consistent with AMI, that is, the amplitude of H reflex (Hoffmann reflex) is reduced, compared with the healthy affected side, the difference in muscle strength between the medial head and rectus femoris muscle of the quadriceps muscle tested by EMG is >30%, and there is a certain active straightening defect in the knee joint on the affected side; 2. Unilateral knee joint injury, primary ACL rupture and ACLR; 3. 0-2 weeks after surgery, age 15-45 years; 4. Not receiving other rehabilitation treatment; 5. Patients who voluntarily sign the informed consent form and participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Wounds and other parts of the body infection, lower limb venous thrombosis and other contraindications to rehabilitation; 2. Severe cognitive impairment and inability to cooperate with the trainer; 3. Combined fractures, cartilage and multiple ligament injuries; 4. Patients with serious diseases such as osteoporosis, lower limb bone tumors and spinal tuberculosis in the past; 5. Severe cardiac insufficiency, renal failure and other contraindications to exercise training; 6. Passive straightening of joints caused by joint itself and surgery and other factors is limited; 7. Other conditions that the investigator considers unsuitable to participate in this study.
