Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosis of Grade II-III internal hemorrhoids with symptoms of bleeding and/or prolapse; 2.The patient has a willingness to receive treatment; 3. Age over 18 years old; 4. Sign the informed consent form for treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Recently developed thrombosed external hemorrhoids; 2.Accompanied by perianal infectious diseases, anal fistula or in the active stage of inflammatory bowel disease; 3.Has undergone endoscopic treatment (such as sclerotherapy, ligation, etc.) or surgical treatment (such as hemorrhoidectomy) within the past 6 months; 4. Coagulation function and platelet abnormalities cannot be treated with ligation; 5. Continuous anticoagulant therapy (using warfarin or heparin) or high-dose aspirin and/or nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs are required for thrombotic diseases; 6. Serious or end-stage diseases, including cirrhosis, portal hypertension, severe renal or respiratory failure, sepsis, active rectal infection, and acquired immune deficiency syndrome;
