Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients older than or equal to 60 years old and whose fractures were classified as type III and type IV according to Garden classification; 2. Patient met the THR indications and was the first operation. The operation was smooth and the postoperative X-ray showed that the prosthesis was in good position; 3. Patients and their families agree and actively cooperate with the researcher.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe hypertension, heart disease, mental system diseases, and malignant tumors cannot tolerate surgery; 2. Patients with multiple injuries; 3. Pathological femoral neck fracture; 4. People with unclear language expression or communication disorders, hearing impairment;
