Vitamin D deficiency

Interventions

L1 group:25(OH)D = 10 ng/mL and daily oral supplementation of vitamin D2
H2 group:25(OH)D >= 10 ng/mL and oral supplementation of vitamin D2 every other day
H3 group:25(OH)D >= 10 ng/mL and daily oral supplementation of vitamin D2
L4 group:25(OH)D = 10 ng/mL and daily oral supplementation of vitamin D3

18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 18 and 60 years; 2. No liver or kidney dysfunction or other serious diseases; 3. No long-term travel planned in the tropical region within 12 months after the trial started; 4. Willingness to participate in this study and sign informed consent; 5. 25-hydroxyvitamin D level < 20 ng/ml;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Vitamin D supplements in the last 6 months; 2. A history of any drugs that could affect vitamin D metabolism in the last 6 months; 3. Reluctance to participate in research; 4. A history of cognitive impairment or somatic dysfunction affecting completion of study; 5. A history of Hypercalcemia, vitamin D overdose or poisoning, renal insufficiency, chronic diarrhea, hypoproteinemia, or other conditions affecting vitamin D metabolism;
