Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 12-80 years old, regardless of gender 2. Patient signs informed consent form 3. Ability to understand the content of interviews and scales (regardless of educational level) 4. Permanent residents in Sichuan Province, with unlimited household registration (Chongqing is also suitable for those who are willing to come to the hospital for follow-up) 5. Trauma patients (including high and low violence trauma, as well as those who have lived in the ICU)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: 1. Emergency cranial CT scan shows any brain structural abnormalities 2. Consciousness disorders or inability to complete scale assessments and biological specimen collection during hospitalization due to physical illness 3. Old injury>6 months 4. Persistent forgetting after trauma>24 hours (coma>24 hours is not included) 5. Pathological fracture, pathological injury (such as tumor patients)
