Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 18; 2.Diagnosed with lung cancer on pathologic examination (ICD-11:2C25); 3.Receiving immune checkpoint inhibitors (including PD-1, PD-L1, CTLA-4) for the first time; 4.Clear consciousness, no cognitive dysfunction or communication difficulties; 5.ECOG score >=2; 6.Expected survival >= 6 months; 7.Voluntary informed consent;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Protective medicine; 2.Accompanied by other primary tumors or serious complications; 3.Mental illness or drug dependence; 4.Has been included in other ongoing clinical interventional trials; 5.Patients or their primary caregivers are unable to master the WeChat applet function users;
