Interventions

Control group:0.9% normal saline 10mL was injected through the endotracheal tube for drug injection
Experimental Group:1% lidocaine 10ml was injected through the endotracheal tube for drug injection

18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with intracranial aneurysms undergoing interventional surgery under general anesthesia with endotracheal intubation; 2. ASA grade I-II; 3. Age >=18 years old; 4. Single lumen common endotracheal tube was placed; 5. Mallampatti grade I-III; 6. BMI 18-28 kg/m^2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Difficult intubation is expected or no extubation is expected after operation 2. preoperative communication disorders 3. Chronic cough 4. ACEI or antitussive drugs 5. History of allergy to amide local anesthetics 6. severe liver and kidney dysfunction/cardiovascular disease/nervous system disease 7. History of asthma or airway hypersensitivity 8. Recent respiratory infection/cold 9. High risk of reflux aspiration (pregnancy/obesity/gastrointestinal obstruction/emergency satiety/esophageal obstruction/esophagotracheal fistula/high intracranial pressure/nausea and vomiting/cardia relaxation/critical condition, etc.).
