Group A (experimental group):Application of dual needle puncture technique for puncture positioning and establishment of intervertebral foramen endoscope working channel
Group B (Control group):Apply Joimax's built-in puncture needle for fluoroscopy and puncture positioning, and establish a working channel.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. A patient with lumbar disc herniation who is over 18 years old and treated in the Pain Department of Dongguan Binhai Bay Central Hospital; 2.Confirmed by CT and MR examinations, L4/5 single segment lumbar disc central or para central protrusion; 3.Having corresponding symptoms of nerve root or signs of nerve damage; 4.The patient experiences significant pain with a VAS score greater than 5, which affects work and daily life 5.Conservative treatment is ineffective after 4-8 weeks.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Merge serious underlying diseases; 2.Existence of systemic infection, coagulation dysfunction, or space occupying lesions; 3. Lumbar intervertebral disc foramen protrusion or extreme lateral protrusion; 4.Patients with severe osteophyte formation or true lumbar spondylolisthesis.
