Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Those who meet the diagnostic criteria for stroke and are in stable condition; 2. Cognitive function can cooperate with the completion of questionnaires; 3. Have not undergone sacral neuromodulation surgery, enterostomy, colonic lavage and other surgical treatments.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Objects with any of the following are excluded: 1. Patients with unstable vital signs (such as liver and kidney failure, acute stage of cerebrovascular disease, severe cardiovascular disease, etc.), as well as mental illness, severe dementia and those who cannot cooperate with examination and treatment. 2. Acute gastrointestinal disease (such as acute gastrointestinal bleeding, intestinal obstruction, etc.) within the past 7 days 3. Previous examination has confirmed that there are organic intestinal lesions (such as intestinal tumors, intestinal tuberculosis, inflammatory bowel disease, etc.) 4. Taking gastrointestinal function modulation medications for the past 12 weeks
