18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 18-80 years old; 2.Patients with a previous history of diabetes or a clear diagnosis of diabetes after admission (fasting blood sugar >=7mmol/L, glycosylated hemoglobin >=6.5% and 2-hour postprandial blood sugar >= 11.1 mmol/L); 3.The patient currently has the ability to live independently; 4.The patient or family member agrees to sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Previous history of mental illness (including depressive symptoms and depression); 2.Patients with severe infectious diseases and rheumatic and immune diseases; 3.Patients with malignant tumors in intracranial and other locations; 4.Complicated with degenerative diseases of the central nervous system, such as Parkinson's disease, Alzheimer's disease; 5.Patients with severe mental illness and inability to communicate at the time of diagnosis of the disease; 6.Patients who cannot cooperate with the doctor's examination; 7.Patients who refuse follow-up.
