60 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.age >=60 years old; 2.treated with CEA; 3.undergone general anesthesia; 4.unilateral symptomatic carotid stenosis of 50-99% or asymptomatic carotid stenosis of 70-99% and confirmed by CTA or DSA; 5.complete clinical data;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.non-atherosclerotic stenosis caused by dissection, carotid aneurysm, trauma, and arteritis; 2.accompanied by congenital heart disease, acute and chronic infection, heart failure and so on; 3.revascularization or combined surgery was not successful;
