Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Inclusion criteria for RCT research: (1) patients are in frailty group according to the TFI criteria (the TFI score>=5); (2) age 60~70 years; (3) the patients received coronary artery bypass grafting surgery; (4) the literacy level is middle school or above; (5) the patient's monthly income or pension is >= 3,000 yuan; (6) the patient can use the smartphone skillfully. 2.Inclusion criteria for cross-sectional research: (1) age>=60 years; (2) CAD was diagnosed through selective coronary angiography with >50% stenosis in one or more major coronary vessels; (3) the patients are able to communicate without any barriers.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Exclusion criteria for RCT research: (1) The patients with physical mobility disorders; (2) the patients with comorbidities such as severe gastrointestinal diseases, malignant tumors, and others; (3) the patients with comorbid psychiatric disorders or cognitive disorders; (4) the patients participate in other clinical intervention studies during the same period. 2.Exclusion criteria for cross-sectional research: (1) the patients with physical mobility disorders; (2) the patients with comorbidities such as severe gastrointestinal diseases, malignant tumors, and others; (3) the patients with comorbid psychiatric disorders or cognitive disorders; (4) the patients participate in other clinical intervention studies during the same period.
