Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women who are 12-14 weeks pregnant and have a file in the obstetric outpatient clinic of the Affiliated Hospital of Weifang Medical College; 2. B ultrasound confirmed singleton pregnancy; 3. 18 years old< = age< = 35 years; 4. Pre-pregnancy 24.0<=BMI<=32.0.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Fetal malformations; 2. Have a history of adverse pregnancy such as habitual miscarriage and preeclampsia in the past; 3. Patients with diabetes, hypertension and other diseases before pregnancy; 4. Patients diagnosed with fetal malformations, miscarriages, and premature births during the follow-up period; 5. Those who give birth at less than 38 weeks of pregnancy.
