Control group:Conventional general anesthesia induction, ultrasound-guided pudendal nerve block is not possible

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Meets the surgical indications for transurethral resection of bladder tumors; 2.Male patients aged 45-80 years; 3.ASA Grading 1-3; 4.body mass index (BMI) of 18-30 kg/m2; 5.There are no contraindications to anesthesia and pudendal nerve block;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with serious diseases of heart, brain, liver and kidney; 2.Those who refuse to operate pudendal nerve block or those who are unable to cooperate with mental illness; 3.Those who are allergic to the test drug; 4.Patients with coagulation abnormalities; 5.Patients with a history of dependence on sedative and analgesic drugs; 6.Patients with a history of long-term preoperative indwelling urinary catheter; 7.Lower urinary tract infection or obstruction, bladder irritation and other related symptoms;

The incidence of moderate to severe CRBD within 1 hour after surgery, including specific symptoms such as urinary intention, pain, and suffocation (immediately after extubation, 30 minutes, 1 hour);
