Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria were the American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I-III, aged 18–60 years and BMI of 18-30 kg/m^2 undergoing elective laparoscopic gynecological surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients who present with underlying pro-emetogenic diseases. 2. Patients with already using antiemetic or opioid drugs within 48h before surgery. 3. Patients with a history of neuromuscular diseases 4. Patients with preoperative history of hypersensitivity or contraindications to any drugs used in the protocol 5. patients who received gynecological laparoscopic surgery but converted to open surgery 6. Surgery time exceeds 3 hours or bleeding volume exceeds 500ml
