Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Conformance to the diagnostic criteria of the "Chinese Guidelines for Emergency Treatment of Sepsis/Septic Shock (2018)" and presence of one or more of the following characteristics of myocardial injury (a. ventricular dilation b. LVEF = 10% c. ventricular diastolic dysfunction d. increased myocardial injury markers e. poor response to fluid resuscitation and catecholamines f. new onset arrhythmias); age >= 18 years; patient or guardian has signed an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Age <18 years old; (2) Pregnant or lactating women; (3) History of pre-existing cardiac dysfunction or acute heart disease not related to sepsis (congenital heart disease, valvular heart disease, acute myocardial infarction, myocarditis, post-cardiopulmonary resuscitation, etc.); (4) Patients participating in other clinical trials; (5) Refusal to sign the informed consent form.
