Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.For PCI patients with coronary artery disease, CAG and OCT were performed after full communication with the patients and their families and signing an informed consent form; 2.The OCT images obtained were clear and of good imaging quality.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with contraindications to coronary angiography: e.g., acute heart failure, cardiogenic shock, renal insufficiency, allergy to contrast media, intraprocedural occurrence of severe arrhythmias, etc. were excluded from the study; 2.Inability to complete the OCT exam: The OCT imaging catheter may not be able to pass smoothly or the quality of the image may be compromised due to heavy thrombus load, tortuous vessels in the stented segment, severe vascular calcification, or chronic total occlusive lesions; 3.OCT images are not clear and have poor imaging quality resulting in missing data; 4.Severe liver insufficiency and hematologic disorders are prone to data errors;
