Interventions

Alfentanil Group(A1):The A1 group was first slowly injected with 5ug/kg of alfentanil intravenously (about 30s), followed by 2mg of propofol 2mgkg after 2 minutes, and then placed in a laryngeal mask
Alfentanil Group(A2):The A2 group was first slowly injected with 10ug/kg of alfentanil intravenously (about 30s), followed by 2mg of propofol 2mgkg after 2 minutes, and then placed in a laryngeal mask
Alfentanil Group(A3):The A3 group was first slowly injected with 15ug/kg of alfentanil intravenously (about 30s), followed by 2mg of propofol 2mgkg after 2 minutes, and then placed in a laryngeal mask

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a. Children undergoing elective bronchoscopy; b. Aged 3 to 8 years; c. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) class I-II; d. Weighing 15 to 35 kg; e. With parents informed and having signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a. Congenital genetic disorders b. Epilepsy or psychiatric conditions c. Severe cardiopulmonary, hepatic, and renal diseases d. Anticipated difficult airway e. History of allergy to study medications f. Administration of any type of hypnotic or analgesic medications within 72 hours prior to the examination.
