Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18–75 years, any gender 2. ASA class I–II 3. BMI 18–30 kg/m² 4.Patients undergoing laparoscopic partial nephrectomy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Long-term opioid users (opioid use >3 months); 2.Psychiatric patients, language impairment, or inability to complete Numerical Rating Scale (NRS) assessment; 3. History of local anesthetic allergy; 4. Local skin infection, bleeding, etc. at anesthetic injection site; 6. Severe coagulation dysfunction;
