Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age >=18 years old; (2) Clinically diagnosed patients with advanced tumor (TMN stage III and IV); (3) The Kastler functional status score was less than 50 points, and the expected survival time was no more than 3 months; (4) Have basic communication skills, and can cooperate with the completion of the index inspection; (5) Be able to understand and voluntarily sign informed consent, and voluntarily complete the research procedure.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cognitive disorders, Mental disorders.
