Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form; (2) Patients who underwent PSG examination in the Sleep Center of the First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University; (3) Patients diagnosed with OSAHS who have not received continuous positive air pressure (CPAP) or other OSAHS treatments; (4) Gender is not limited, age: 18 ~ 80 years old; (5) Complete demographic information, medical history information, anthropometric data, questionnaire information, PSG data, biochemical indicators and other information; (6) The biological samples are complete and in good condition; (7) Willing to cooperate with the completion of follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: If any of the following conditions exist, it needs to be removed 1. Previous diagnosis of other sleep-disordered breathing disorders other than OSAHS, such as central sleep apnea syndrome, sleep-related alveolar hypopnea, sleep-related hypoxemia, etc.; 2. Suffering from severe mental illness such as mania and schizophrenia; 3. Suffering from infectious diseases such as tuberculosis, AIDS, syphilis, etc.; 4. Pregnant females; 5. Long-term use of steroids or hormone replacement therapy; smoking, alcohol or drug addiction; or are using psychotropic drugs, sedatives, narcotics, etc.; 6. Unable to cooperate with the completion of various examinations and inspections, or unable to provide biological samples; 7. Congenital cardiovascular, respiratory, metabolic, neurological, digestive, urinary and other systemic diseases; 8. Those who have any reason for being unsuitable to participate in the study in the opinion of the investigator.
