Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients who undergo coronary artery bypass grafting and valve replacement surgery under cardiopulmonary bypass in the elective morning; (2) Patients who eat normally by mouth; (3) patients with ASA<=III.; (4) Surgery time<=8 hours.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing emergency surgery; 2. Age 70 years old; 3. BMI= 35.0kg/m^2 ; 4. Those who fast for a limited time and those who cannot eat normally by mouth; 5. Congenital heart disease, surgery involving aorta and aortic arch, pulmonary valve repair/replacement, tumors; 6. Patients with co-infection, including endocarditis, acute myocardial infarction, cardiac output 20µmol/L); 10. Coagulation abnormalities or taking anticoagulant drugs, not following the guidelines for preoperative bridging (INR>2.0); 11. Enrollment in other clinical studies; 12. Refusal to sign the consent form.
