Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Adult patients with first-time elbow stiffness surgery aged 18 to 75 years, body mass index 18.5 - 35 kg/m^2, gender irregular, and ASA grade I-II were selected.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Coagulopathy; peripheral neuropathy of the upper extremities; axillary infections; Surgery extends beyond the upper extremity area; allergy to local anesthetics; Those with hearing abnormalities; Pregnant or lactating females; Cardiovascular disease or psychiatric disease; Those with a history of acute and chronic respiratory diseases; History of previous opioid use; Communication comprehension disorders while participating in other clinical studies.
