Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age>=40 years old; admitted to the cardiology department of our hospital with a suspected diagnosis of coronary heart disease (CHD). During the hospitalization, coronary angiography was performed by an experienced team of cardiologists, which revealed stenosis of >= 50% in the left main coronary artery, left circumflex artery, left anterior descending artery, and right coronary artery, leading to a confirmed diagnosis of CHD.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with severe depression or anxiety disorders; those with rheumatic heart disease, severe valvular heart disease, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, dilated cardiomyopathy, acute coronary syndrome, or heart failure with a left ventricular ejection fraction of less than 40%; individuals who have experienced an acute cerebrovascular accident, immune system diseases, hematological disorders, or severe abnormalities in liver and kidney function within the past three months; those with intellectual disabilities or mental illnesses that prevent them from participating in this study; patients with concurrent severe infections or sepsis; and those with uncontrolled malignant tumors are excluded.
