Interventions

Group A:Take the dietary supplement methionine (40 mg/kg/day, orally) daily for 4 weeks in addition to your normal diet
Group B:Take the dietary supplement methionine (80 mg/kg/day, orally) daily for 4 weeks in addition to your normal diet
Group C:Eat a normal diet with no additional nutritional supplementation for 4 weeks

18 Years to 55 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Healthy male or female, aged 18 to 55 years inclusive. 2.Fully informed about the content, procedures, and potential adverse reactions of the trial. 3.Capable of effective communication with the researchers and able to understand and comply with all requirements of this study. 4.At the time of screening, all trial-related examinations show no clinically significant abnormalities, as determined by the clinical research physician.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Dysphagia. 2.Pregnant or breastfeeding women. 3.Individuals who may be unable to complete the study for other reasons, or who are deemed by the investigator to have other reasons that make them unsuitable for participation in the trial.
