Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Participants are aged 18 years or older and meet the diagnostic criteria of the 2010 ACR/EULAR classification criteria for RA. 2. Participants are willing to participate in the study and sign the informed consent form. 3. The measurement results of ß2M and SPP1 expression levels in participants' serum samples are available. 4. Participants have sufficient clinical data, including assessments of rheumatoid arthritis disease activity and pain severity.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Participants are under the age of 18. 2. Participants have not been diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis. 3. Participants refuse to participate in the study or do not sign the informed consent form. 4. The measurement results of ß2M and SPP1 expression levels in participants' serum samples are unavailable. 5. Participants lack sufficient clinical data to assess rheumatoid arthritis disease activity and pain severity. 6. Participants have concurrent severe diseases, such as cancer or autoimmune diseases, that may affect the interpretation of the study results.
