18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age >=18 years old (2) mechanical ventilation in ICU for more than 24 hours; (3) Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS) >=8 points;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) The patient died before starting mechanical ventilation; (2) tracheotomy was performed in the ICU upon admission; (3) The patient was offline before initiating the spontaneous breathing test.
