Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Ischemic or hemorrhagic stroke; 2.18-80 years old; 3. Due to stroke damage to the visual conduction pathway, there are obvious symptoms of visual field defects and sequelae, and blind spots can be confirmed by static visual field testing equipment; 4. The stroke has been occurring for more than 6 months and the condition is stable. 5. Voluntarily sign an informed consent form, agree to receive visual rehabilitation treatment and follow-up; 6. Able to master the use of VR devices and cooperate with rehabilitation under long-term fixed gaze.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Mild/severe dementia caused by cognitive decline before onset or due to stroke; 2. Cannot cooperate with vision, field of view, and other tests; 3. Prior to inclusion in the study, there were patients with poor vision and significantly limited field of view due to eye related diseases; 4. For other reasons, researchers believe that it is not suitable for inclusion.
