Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Voluntary signing of informed consent form; 2. Age >= 18 years old; 3. Choose vaginal delivery; 4. Meets the criteria for full-term singleton primiparous women.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with urinary incontinence; 2. Toxic shock syndrome during the perinatal period; 3. Those who have suffered from atypical cervical or vaginal hyperplasia 5 years ago; 4. Diagnosed with eczema or human papillomavirus (HPV) 2 years ago; 5. Individuals who have had candidiasis, urinary tract infections, or active sexually transmitted diseases (especially chlamydia, gonorrhea, syphilis, genital herpes, trichomoniasis) 2 months ago; 6. According to the researchers' judgment, patients who are deemed unsuitable to participate in this study.
