18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Inactive college students aged >=18 years (accumulated moderate-to-vigorous physical activity less than 150 minutes per week); 2. No participation in structured exercise training within the past three months; 3. No regular experience with resistance training; 4. Physically qualified based on the PAR-Q assessment, with no physical disabilities; 5. No severe mental, cognitive, or other impairments.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Physical disabilities or movement restrictions; 2. Severe mental or cognitive impairments; 3. Accumulated moderate-to-vigorous physical activity of 150 minutes or more per week; 4. Refusal to sign the informed consent form.
