Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 20 to 75 years; 2. Incomplete cervical and thoracic spinal cord injury, diagnosed in accordance with the diagnostic criteria set forth in the American Spinal Cord Injury Society's International Classification of Spinal Cord Injury Neurology (revised in 2019); 3. Presence of neurogenic bowel symptoms, with diagnostic criteria for constipation based on the guidelines of Rome IV and the International Organization of Gastroenterology, including difficulty in defecation, spontaneous bowel movements less than 3 times per week, and a sense of incomplete bowel movements; 4. Stable vital signs with a disease course of >= 3 months; 5. Modified Ashworth grading of muscle tone in rectus abdominis, erector spinae, and key muscles in both lower limbs <= 2; 6. Individuals who voluntarily participate and have signed an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Having open injuries or unstable vital signs, etc; 2. Having serious gastrointestinal disorders, etc; 3. History of rectal and anal trauma surgery, etc; 4. Patients with congenital and progressive spinal cord injuries, etc; 5. Patients deemed unsuitable by researchers.
