Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participating hospitals: This study will be conducted in 80 district and county-level public general hospitals in 10 provinces of China. Inclusion criteria of participating hospitals: at least 80 elderly patients with hip fractures are admitted each year; The nature and level of the hospital shall be a district and county-level second-level public general hospital or a district-level and county-level third-level public general hospital with less than 1,000 beds. Study subjects: The subjects of this study are elderly patients with hip fractures. Inclusion Criteria: Patients with unilateral trauma hip fracture, and age >= 65 years; Hip fractures confirmed by X-ray, including femoral neck, intertrochanteric (intertrochanteric) and subtrochanteric (subtrochanteric) fractures; Hip fractures occur within 21 days; Subjects who are willing to participate in the study and who have signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for participating hospitals: Hospitals that have implemented or are implementing interventions to improve the quality of hip fractures in the elderly, including multidisciplinary collaboration; The hospital is a hospital with a grade 3 A grade. Subject exclusion criteria: patients with pathological hip fracture caused by malignant tumors and other diseases; Patients with periprosthetic fractures; Patients who are unable to communicate normally.
