Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >=18 years; 2.Patients who have taken organophosphate pesticides orally in our hospital and received standard treatment within 6 hours; 3.Patients with confirmed serum cholinesterase activity and a definitive clinical diagnosis were included;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients without oral organophosphate poisoning; 2.Patients who were referred to our hospital from other hospitals had a time of more than 6 hours from the time of taking pesticides to the time of admission; 3.Patients with severe chronic comorbidities, including cirrhosis, symptomatic heart failure;
