Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Female breast cancer without metastasis and diffusion; 2.Age >= 18 years old; 3.Patients with a diagnosis of cancer-related fatigue according to the International Classification of Diseases 10th Revision (ICD-10); 4.Patients in the postoperative chemotherapy phase who are >3 months from the end of their chemotherapy course; 5.Normal cognitive function and reading ability; 6.Voluntary participation in experimental research and sign the informed consent;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with a combination of other malignant tumours; 2.Diagnosed with mental illness before or after breast cancer diagnosis; 3.Suffering from serious comorbidities such as heart disease; 4.Pregnancy or lactation; 5.Patients participating in other interventional studies; 6.Other reasons that the researchers considered were not suitable for the study;
