Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Children who undergo colostomy surgery during the neonatal period and their primary caregivers; 2. The patient is in the pre discharge stage for the first time after surgery; 3. The primary caregiver is able to fully participate in the care of the child's colostomy; 4. The main caregiver has a junior high school education or above and has smooth language communication; 5. Willing to participate in this study with informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The child has congenital heart disease or severe liver and kidney disease, etc; 2. The patient had already developed skin irritant dermatitis around the intestinal stoma before enrollment.
