Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are more than 60 years old; 2.Oral Frailty Index-8 >= 4 points; 3.people with normal language expression and communication skills; 4.The patient voluntarily agrees to participate in this study and signs the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Limited movement of the head and neck; 2.Oral dysfunction due to organic and neurological diseases; 3. With severe heart, brain, kidney and other organ dysfunction or in the acute phase of disease; 4.Those who had been diagnosed with serious cognitive dysfunction or mental illness.
