Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Intraoperative single-lung ventilation (OLV); 2.ASA classification I-II; 3.Normal lung function.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with severe combined heart and kidney dysfunction; 2.Patients who cannot tolerate surgery; 3.Patients with preoperative sore throat, hoarseness, loose teeth, oral ulcers, tracheal mucosal damage, and pulmonary infections; 4.Patients with poor treatment compliance.
