Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Scrub nurses with less than two years of work experience in the operating room but capable of independently assisting in surgical procedures, who are willing to participate in the training program and evaluation process.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Nurses who have received any formal training in the Surgical Scrub Practitioners’ List of Non-Technical Skills (SPLINTS) program or other similar non-technical skills training programs.
