Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is one of the most common reproductive endocrine diseases in women of childbearing age. The main characteristics of PCOS are follicular dysplasia, persistent anovulation, hypersteroidal hormone synthesis, polycystic ovary changes and insulin resistance with hyperinsulinemia.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Meeting the Rotterdam clinical diagnostic criteria for polycystic ovary syndrome: 1. Abnormal menstruation such as oligovulatory or anovulatory. 2. Clinical manifestations of hyperandrogenemia and/or hyperandrogenemia. 3.PCOM: >=12 follicles 2-9 mm in diameter in one or both ovaries. Comply with 2 of the above.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who have chronic diseases, smoke or drink alcohol; 2. Those who have taken sex hormones or drugs affecting lipid metabolism in the past 6 months; 3.Patients with other disorders that cause irregular menstrual cycles: 3. Primary hypothyroidism and Cushing's syndrome lead to secondary obesity and drug-induced obesity. 4. Patients with diabetes, hypertension, coronary heart disease and hyperlipidemia; 5. Patients with severe hepatic and renal dysfunction; 6. Patients with acute, chronic infections, autoimmune, hereditary and infectious diseases; 7. Patients with history of malignant tumor and mental illness.
