Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children with HIE treated with hypothermia Inclusion Criteria: a. Diagnosed with HIE b. No more than 12 hours after birth c. Willing to sign the informed consent form and comply with the study protocol d. Neonates with gestational age > = 37 weeks e. There is no damage to the head and can move slightly f. Receiving hypothermia therapy 2. Children with HIE who have not received hypothermia treatment Inclusion Criteria: a. Diagnosed with HIE b. No more than 24 hours after birth c. Willing to sign the informed consent form and comply with the study protocol d. Neonates with gestational age > = 37 weeks e. There is no damage to the head and can move slightly 3. Children in the control group Inclusion Criteria: a. Children with jaundice b. Willing to sign informed consent and comply with the study protocol c. Neonates with gestational age > = 37 weeks

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Children with HIE treated with hypothermia Exclusion Criteria: a. Not diagnosed with HIE b. More than 24 hours after birth c. Have congenital diseases, such as heart disease, chromosomal malformations, hereditary metabolic abnormalities d. Neonates with a gestational age of < 37 weeks 2. Children with HIE who have not received hypothermia treatment Exclusion Criteria: a. Not diagnosed with HIE b. Have congenital diseases, such as heart disease, chromosomal malformations, hereditary metabolic abnormalities c. Neonates with a gestational age of <37 weeks 3. Children in the control group Exclusion Criteria: a. Have congenital diseases, such as heart disease, chromosomal malformations, hereditary metabolic abnormalities b. Newborns with a gestational age of <37 weeks
