Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. age >=50 years old, or postmenopausal women; 2. Patients with osteoporotic fractures confirmed by X-ray, CT or MRI scan; 3. The fracture types were hip fracture, vertebral fracture, proximal humerus fracture and distal radius fracture; 4. Receive surgical treatment for fractures; 5. Conscious, have a certain ability to recognize and understand text, can clearly express inner feelings; 6. Be aware of the purpose of this study, sign informed consent, and voluntarily participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The condition is critical or the condition will change at any time; 2. Conservative treatment of patients; 3. Patients with periprosthesis fracture, old fracture or pathological fracture; 4. Cognitive dysfunction.
