Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age >=18 years old; (2) Diagnosed with ischemic stroke and received standard treatment; (3) The patient or the patient's family members sign the informed consent for thrombolysis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) have been diagnosed with serious infectious diseases and other serious systemic diseases, such as tumors, rheumatic immune system diseases, blood diseases, etc.; Or are taking hormone/immunotherapy; (2) Incomplete clinical data and incomplete data; (3) Failure to assess neurological function upon admission and after treatment or absence of neurological function assessment data.
