Test group:Before anesthesia induction, under ultrasound guidance, inject 5ml of 0.375% Ropivacaine into the right stellate ganglion block
Control group:Disinfect only the puncture site of the stellate ganglion block before anesthesia induction

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Meets the diagnostic criteria for knee osteoarthritis; 2. Age range: 55-75 years old; 3.BMI 18.5~30 kg/m^2; 4. ASA classification I-III; 4. First unilateral total knee arthroplasty under elective general anesthesia;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or pregnant patients; 2. Individuals who are allergic to the experimental drug; 3. Previous history of knee joint trauma and surgery; 4. Rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus, and immune system diseases; 5. Neuromuscular or psychiatric disorders; 6. Preoperative severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases or abnormal liver and kidney function; 7. Preoperative Athens Insomnia Scale (AIS)>6; 8. Coagulation dysfunction and local skin infections; 9. Unable to understand or cooperate in completing the relevant scale; 10.Refusing to sign informed consent forms or participate in other clinical trials at the same time.
