18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.18-80 years old; 2. Acute myocardial infarction (including acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction and acute non-ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction); 3. No previous use of an SGLT2 inhibitor; 4. Adding an SGLT2 inhibitor for diabetes or heart failure.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Previous or current use of SGLT2 inhibitors; 2.Renal insufficiency (glomerular filtration rate < 30 mL/min/1.73 m2); 3.Pregnancy, lactation, history of cancer within the past 3 years, autoinflammatory disease, current or planned long-term systemic glucocorticoid therapy, acute symptomatic urinary tract infection or genital infection, clinically significant nontransient hematologic disease: contraindications to SGLT2 inhibitors.
