Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosis of ischemic or hemorrhagic stroke by CT or MRI; 2. It is the first unilateral lesion with unilateral hand dysfunction, and the course of the disease is 18 years; 4. FMA-UE>=20 (total 66); 5. Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) >= 24 points with no significant cognitive or communication impairment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe systemic diseases such as cardiovascular or pulmonary diseases who cannot tolerate rehabilitation 2. Patients diagnosed with psychiatric disorders such as major depression; 3. In addition to stroke, other neurological diseases such as Parkinson's disease and epilepsy; 4. Those who have contraindications to rTMS according to TMS safety guidelines, such as metal foreign ;bodies or other electronic devices implanted in the body, etc. 5. Drugs that alter the excitability of the cerebral cortex are applied.
