Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years; 2. Meets the diagnostic criteria for stroke, confirmed by imaging examinations such as CT or MRI, and diagnosed as stroke by a clinical physician; 3. After treatment, the patient is conscious, stable, and able to communicate effectively in terms of speech and hearing; 4. Informed and voluntarily agrees to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe dysfunction of important organs such as the heart, lungs, liver, and kidneys; 2. A history of mental disorders or psychiatric illnesses in the family; 3.Severe cognitive impairment, with a Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) score of <=17 for illiterate participants, <=20 for primary school participants, and <=24 for secondary school and above participants; 4. Currently participating in other studies.
