Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Voluntarily signed informed consent; 2.Have a disease that may undergo prophylactic enterostomy surgery, such as colorectal cancer, inflammatory bowel disease, abdominal trauma; 3.Age >=18 years old; 4.Be aware of the condition and have normal communication skills.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.No prophylactic enterostomy surgery; 2.With tumor recurrence, metastasis, or other malignancies at the same time; 3.Have heart, liver, and kidney failure; 4.Have a history of psychiatric illness or are taking antipsychotic medications; 5.Speech, hearing, intellectual, emotional, cognitive dysfunction; 6.Patient has limited mobility or disability; 7.Cachexia or end-stage colorectal cancer.
