Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient voluntarily joined this study and signed an informed consent form; 2. The patient has clear cognition and no mental illness; 2. Patient age >= 18 years old, 1 hour; 7. Intraoperative vital signs remain stable.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Persons with hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism, infectious diseases and other diseases that may lead to abnormal temperature; 2. Combined tympanic membrane disease; 3. Combined severe heart disease (heart failure, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, dilated cardiomyopathy), severe kidney disease (kidney failure, uremia); 4. Implement controlled cooling during surgery.
